Painting Perfection completed internal and external redecoration works to a newly-refurbished extended 3 bedroom family home.
Skirting boards and door frames had been newly installed, the existing bannister had many coats of paint on it, and a number of windowsills had imperfections. To make good of these surfaces for redecoration, sanding was required (extensively in the case of the bannister), and knotting solution and wood filler were applied where necessary, before primer and undercoat. Decorating caulk was applied were necessary, before application of the final top coat of Dulux Trade Satinwood paint to all woodwork.
Two coats of Dulux Trade Timeless Matt Emulsion were applied to all walls and ceilings, which had previously been plastered and mist coated.
Two coats of Dulux Trade Weathershield Masonry paint were applied to front and rear exterior pebble dash walls and front porch.
Made good of skirting boards, windowsills, and door frames ahead of applying top coat.
Bannister and stairwell skirting boards required various preparation works ahead of application of top coat.
